Wow, that would have to be rough, and that does lead one to question the resting place of said member. And while they say it's one of those things that you don't know until you're there. I think that a true loving relationship is about a conection, a partnership and comrodery between two people. The fun, romantic, intamacy shared when two people decide to takle life together. And sex is not the most important thing by any means. So I'd say yes, I could fall in love with a penisless man, for just becuase he doesn't have a penis doesn't mean that there couldn't be intamacy.
