Okay I'm gonna let you in on my secret..
I used to be a size 11 (170)!!
Now I'm a size 2 (115)!!
It took me 3 years to loose it ALL but I've never been happier that I lost it. Now I'm normal weight for my height.
I gave up all soda and many other horrible foods.. but the reason my doctor told me that I lost it all and I'm now healthy is because I stopped eating pork.
Something about pork makes you not able to digest your food right and it is just excess weight.. which is all waste !! gross I know.
So stopped eating all pork and it worked !!
And this may sound gross, but last year I ate Canadian bacon haha because I was craving (that time of the month haha) and I was constipated for 2 days!
Try it out.. may work for you !

tip 1 - dont eat too much (3 medium meals/day are quite enough)
tip 2 - no too much sugars !!!! (this is the key to a healthy body)
tip 3 - only healthy unsaturated fats and in small quantities (olive oils ..etc)
tip 4 - excercise !!!! any excercise which makes u sweat is the kind to go for
tip 5 - little extra water
ty ur food intake to be made from:
60-65% protein
30-35% carbs
5% fats
if you dont eat too much and avoid refined sugars and heavy oily food ur body will slowly start loosing weight untill it is balanced (what u eat is what u burn)..... however... if u excercise --> ull loose weight !!
this is how loosing weight works: lets say you start fasting .. ur body will start burning the sugar in the blood, in about 6-12 hours all the sugars will be gone, so the body switches to liver, the glucose stored in the liver will keep you going for another 6-8 hours (note: u still not loosing weight), after that the body still needs energy .. so it will start burning fat !!!! if you woke up one day ate no refined sugars (but proteins and carbs) and excercised in about 12-18 hours time your body will be ready to loose weight !!! if you stayed like that protein/water and carbs + excercise .. ull body will start burning fat like crazy !! the reason why water is good to drink while excercising is that when fat is burned it breaks down to energy+ketones, too much ketones cause 'kitosis' (the 'metal' mouth smell after fasting) which carries a heart risk, so some water will carry the ketones out by urine ... too much water will cause hypervolaemia .. so no suagrs, excercise, moderate water = weight lose !!

No. 01 Stop Drinking Soft drinks with gas
No.02 Do exercise 2 times a day in the morning and in the night.

do the Kellogg's diet cornflakes for lunch and breakfast and a good solid meal at night, it worked when my grandad needed to loose weight quickly for an operation.

soup&salad diet! drink water or lime juice, before meals! try skipping, swimming and other slimming exercises! cycling helps, too! you could try to reduce the number of hours in bed sleeping or resting!
