That was a good one! You used Christians and think in the same sentence.
p.s. You should post this in Jokes & Riddles.
But seriously what I find odd is that if someone read the old testament where God is portrayed as this jealous bully who goes so far as to drown almost everyone because he doesn't think he's getting the attention he's due and then read the new testament where God is all lovey dovey, and then told me that there are two religions, one based on the OT and one on the NT if I observed how Jews and Christians behaved I would never guess that the Jews are the OT religion and the Christians are the NT religion.
My point is that while there's much to be said for Jesus' philosophy most Christians skip right by that and go straight to the "I want to be immortal" part.

Good Sir,
I joined this forum because I could no longer sit by while untempered religious bigotry was brought to the attention of youngsters some of whom do not have the analytical or intellectual resources to understand what is befalling them!
I assure you I personally do not discriminate against bigots by their religion.
Bigotry is the only criterion required to acquire my scorn!
All bigots are fair game to me!
poignantly I have yet to take issue with Rastafarian, Wiccan, Buddhist, Taoist,Deist, Shintoist, Hindu, or Sufist bigots because none have come to my attention. Persons of these religions are seemingly understanding.
it is far less likely that a person who has chosen their religion will be bigoted.
the most fervent bigots know almost nothing of other religions and have had their religious faith invested in a single religion without question for their whole lives.
spirit beats religion!

Atheists do not believe in god. Any god. The fact that it appears as if we only argue with Christians, simply means there are pretty much mostly Christians on R&S.
If Jews, or any other religion came in vast numbers you would see the balance correct itself.

Probably because Christians proselytize and Jews do not. Atheists, like many others, probably do not care to have ideas shoved down their throats. It's very impolite to try and force beliefs on a person who has not asked to learn more about them.

Why wouldn't we be proud to be freeminded? How exactly is it a bad thing?

Don't fire on Judaism because Jews don't go around trying to make everyone be a Jew

Jews appear to be content with doing their own religious upbringing, rather than trying to force their curriculum in schools

Jews are fine.
Why converting? because they say are seeing the light.
Why proud of free-mindedness? its something to be proud of
Who's behind this game? only ourselves
