I started Laser hair removal about two years ago on my bikini and underarm areas. All of the hair is completely gone on my bikini and almost all of the hair is gone underneath my arms. Its great, but expensive. You should research Dermatologists and/or Medical Spa's in your area to see who does it. Dont just go anywhere either, make sure you go to a reputable place, with up to date lasers and have produced good results. Other than LASIK for my eyes, this is the best thing I have ever done. Its great!

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods. Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful. Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged. Shaving or waxing. I've heard from some others that using a kind of a wax called a Brazilian wax is a good way to wax the area.
I would also recommend getting in touch with your dr to see what they recommend on this.
