depends on your definition of war. few countries actually declare war and go at it man-to-man like in the old days. today they are non-declared "conflicts" based off of resolutions from the UN or the country's government. there are also "missions" like military and humanitarian, and other buzz words to avoid war. In the US we say "War on Terror" yet these has not been an official declared war, unfortunately. This hasn't been declared because we would have to define a specific enemy (such as a nation) and treat the captured terrorists as POWs. So there isn't a good answer unless you define actually what you are looking for. declared traditional wars, or any time of military conflict?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_where_United_Nations_peacekeepers_are_currently_deployed
Thats a list of current NATO & UN peacekeeping missions are, so i guess its a start...
good luck finding every country that is involved in a war. I think you'll find probably 30-40% would be currently.
It's very hard to say, because of things like the current major wars.
Theres war in afghanistan, and iraq, but the countries themselves arent actually at war, it's terrorist cells within the country.
a brief list would be along the lines of:
Australia
America
UK
lebanon
Israel
congo
sudan
ehtiopia
Eritrea
Timor
papua new guinea
new zealand
Haiti
pakistan
india
serbia
cyprus
kosovo
morocco
Liberia
slovakia
Palestine
soloman islands
... theyre all i can think of...

Well Lucy, all countries are at war, maybe not in a military sense, but all countries are at war.
It would be easy to nominate which country is fighting which, but it's not that simple.
The theatre of war is more wide spread than we would like to admit. One can not give an acurate answer to your question.
Good luck in your quest.
