it comes and goes daily,its quite sharp on times

It could be that you are sleeping on it at night, try buying a new pillow and using the old one to stop you from lying on your arm, what i mean is are you a pillow hugger, also it could be that you have had whiplash in the past, muscle strain that was never taken care of at the time, i would highly suggest going to your doctor , in the meanwhile try a hot pack like fannel. Hope that it feels better soon good luck

It's probably nothing to worry about, but check with your dr. I always had achy ovaries during ovulation but don't recall anything like that during pregnancy. But everyone is different. Best wishes.

Could possibly be nerve related but the only way to know for sure is to have this evaluated by your dr to see what they think is going on.
