How can I reset my natural clock so I can wake up normally after long trips or fun breaks? The catch is, I have two days to do it.

My normal bed time should be around 12AM EST however, I'm trying to get it off of 4AM EST.

How can I accomplish this in two days without having a case of the "Mondays" when the time comes to perform on the third day?

The key to regulating sleep is to get up at the same time each day. Your body will eventually set itself to that and you'll start going to bed about the same time each day as well.

Go to bed right now then wake up at 12 noon. Simple. No naps. Naps ruin your real sleep later on.
