a week before i saw these little white worm looking things in her stool. She has bad diarrhea and she looks helpless. she still eats though. The vet told me he couldn't do anything about it because she's so small and just got this pill and shot a week ago and can't get it in another 2 weeks because it may be to strong and may kill her.

you need to bring a sample of this worm to your vet. It may be tape worm whichis caused by fleas. It is a seperate type of wormer and can't be found in a stool sample.
I'm wondering hojw big this chi is as I have bread chis for 20 years and regulalrly worm them.
You may need to find a vet that knows how to treat the chi and small breeds.

Those segments of a tape worm they take a special pill to kill it. My dog had it. Regular dewormer doesnt do anything to it. If you decribe it to the vet the vet should know right off it is tape worm and give u a pull for it. Watching your dog pass one of those is really nasty. Just give her plenty of food and water and clean up those wormy stools immediately. The tape worm usually is not that harmful to the dog for a while. Th epuppy should be fine.
