I'm Angel from Malaysia, i'm planning to apply working holiday visa in Australia. I graduated my degree course in NewZealand last yr,currently working in Singapore. Actually i wanted to apply a long term visa that can allow me to stay in Australia for long period but i got no relative there to support my application. Thinking to setting up a small business over there, but just need a visa to get through...any advice ? suggestion ? THANKSSSS !

Apply for a visa at the Australian embassy in Singapore and you must have a sponsor thereat to place a bond to guarantee your stay and expenses in Australia. Support your application with your personal documents proving your education, bank accounts, birth and purpose in Australia.

Sorry--you will not be given another working holiday visa--it makes no difference whether or not you have a new passport or not. You can only receive on in a life time and you also had to complete 3 months of work, which you did not. They will know that you have already been issued a previous working holiday visa so you can not pull the wool over their eyes.
