When we make out, or are close to each other's face, her breath always has an unpleasant smell. It seems really hot also. When we kiss, and she breathes out of her nose, I always inhale it through my nose and I don't like it. It's like.. I always breathe in her breathed up air. How do I avoid this or bring this up to her?

When she's in the mood again say like, "Girl, I am sorry to say that I have had it up to here with your foul stenching baboon breath for the last time! Can you please do something about it if you don't mind!?" =<)

Communication is so important in relationships and yet often totally absent. People become so tight lipped about how they feel and ask stuff like how do I get my significant other to do this or that. You tell them. That's the only way. As far as saying something like please freshen your breath, in my experience it is best to enter this realizing it might hurt a little to hear and that furthermore you probably yourself do some things which she might not like. for instance, do you think your breath is perfect? Maybe it is, but rather then asking her to change for you, do something too which will make it so you're both making a change. For instance, when I got big on my oral health and brushing and flossing it became a ritual for both of us. Since you are probably not living together the best way I would do this is start using breath mints yourself and offering it to her. You don't need to say something possibly hurtful but you can affect the situation and then after it's a non issue, maybe bring it up.

Just say: "Honey, I want to tell you something. And I'm quite sure that you would rtather hear it from me rather than from someone else--but you have a slight problem with your breath."

Better yet, just pop a piece of gum in your mouth and then offter her a stick. If the problem persists, tell her to try Thera-Breath by Dr. Katz. It 's excellent when halitosis is from medications or volatile sulfuric compounds.

You have three choices

1. Tell it like it is

2. Make an excuse everytime you have to kiss her

3. Break up with her to avoid having to tell her

I would choose #1, all it take is a little listern and breath mints.

if you know you're going to be doing a lot of kissing, suck on a mint or chew a piece of gum and offer her one. then you can fix the problem without hurting her feelings. it may be a medication she's taking or some other thing that she has no control over.

Talk to her. Or maybe start having a packet of mints in your pocket and share before you guys make out.

Good luck.

Ewwwwwwwwwwww sounds gross. Just tell her that you can smell her used up air, and it makes you feel uncomfortable. It could be worse, my friend always reeked of garlic, and we would make fun of her BF.

Stank breath is never much of an aphrodisiac.....give her some gum..or talk to her about it.
