An atheist is stronger in his belief than all the believers put together. His belief is not borne out of any faith or teachings etc. but based on his own rationality. Now look at the Value-Systems of both and pick up common values.Trace back to the origin of their evolution along the development of human thought and what do you find?We shall find that with or without GOD,the efficacy of value system stays.A believer may now say that it proves the omnipotence of god but an atheist says that it was his free choice based on his rationality to accept that value system.Take a pick if you want to but it is a worthless exercise. So?Keep life simple and enjoy it.

Sort of. Atheists can start to believe in God, but then they're no longer atheists. However, God does not "make" anyone believe. They have to be open to it.
For a long time, my prayer was always that I wanted to want to believe. Try making sense of that one. God did. I've been a Christian for almost eight months, because I found enough evidence that convinced me that there MIGHT be a God. God brought me the rest of the way.

God has the power to make atheists believe in Him anytime and anywhere. That is why He is omnipotent. He can do anything because He is the most powerful being that exists.
But God gives us the freedom to choose, and He chose not to dictate anyone. That is why He is omnibenevolent. The fact is, God doesn't need us to be able to exist; because He exists even if we don't exist. He doesn't profit from having people to believe in Him. He just wants people to believe in Him because He loves man very much. This is called unconditional love. He doesn't want His beloved and most special creations to suffer in hell.
Remember that we are the most special creation God ever made. We are even superior than the angels. Why? Angels are strong beings but they cannot be saved through salvation once they sin. They go straight to hell. Man can easily be tempted and he usually needs another man to be able to learn about God. And God also offered salvation to man that's why man has the chance to redeem himself once he sins.
The time before the bible was written and/or completed, God had to personally make Himself known before men and speak directly to them about His will. This is usually how people learn about God before. But now, we have the bible to read to be able to learn about God's will. That's why He doesn't need to speak directly to men about His will anymore.

1. Allah (SWT) 'God' is only 'One', has no partner or son, and neither gives birth, nor is He born. He is eternally besought by all and has no beginning or end, and none is equal to Him (Quran Chapter 112)
2. He is the Merciful and the Compassionate, the Guardian and the True Guide, the Just and the Supreme Lord, the Creator and the Watchful, the First and the Last, the Knowing and the Wise, the Hearing, and the Aware, the Witness and the Glorious, the Able and ' the Powerful. (Holy Quran example).
3. He is the Loving and the Provider, the Generous and the Benevolent, the Rich and the Independent, the Forgiving and the Clement, the Patient and the Appreciative, the Unique and the Protector, the Judge and the Peace. (Holy Quran example). The question of Allah's (SWT) 'God' existence has preoccupied men's minds for many centuries. Those who believe in Allah (SWT) 'God' seem to agree that the limited finite human intelligence cannot prove the existence of the infinite boundless of Allah (SWT) 'God'. It can only illustrate or demonstrate his existence to the satisfaction of the curious human mind.
Those who deny Allah's (SWT) 'God' claim to rely on science, philosophy, or special theories of knowledge. Their arguments are sometimes inapplicable, sometimes irrelevant, always complex, and often incomprehensible. However, the developed mind will find its way to Allah (SWT) 'God'. Failure to find the way does not mean that there is no way. Denial of reality does not make it unreal.

I do not think God can "make" us do anything. Part of purpose of his creating all us folks on this planet and all the other folks in the universe, is so that we can have experiences. Make our own choices. Choose to walk in faith or follow our own desires. Satan wants it the other way around. He wants to control us. God wants us to be in control. Even God is bound by laws. Our understanding of his laws are as an atom in comparison to a planet.

Yes. He could make us all believe. But He'd rather we choose to believe in Him. That's the part of God you evidently don't understand.

Presumably an all-powerful being *could* but apparently He chooses not to.
Granted, that's not observably different from Him not being there at all; but at least it's not something one would expect if He did exist. So that particular hypothesis is a wash.
