We're all pretty much aware that people can and do break wind when they're awake (occassionally with disastrous results), but is it possible to pass gas when one is off to Dreamland Express?

Yes My hubby does it almost nightly. It is pretty funny when he lets one go that is sooo loud the noise wakes him from dead sleep.

oh yeah, my hubby is king of nighttime gas bombs! one could argue that he's awake and only pretending to be asleep, but our 5 year old granddaughter can really let out some mean ones when she's in a dead sleep. Must take after grandpa, huh? LOL

yes, unfortunately this is true. Hopefully it either doesn't happen too often or no one else is awake to notice...

If you're concerned about being gassy, you could take a medication called simethicone, otherwise known in the US as Gas-X. This should relieve some of it. That is, if you have gas, which of course, you don't.... ;)

Of course. Especially when you awake to find the roomful of people you were sleeping with laughing at you for doing it, it is a natural occurrence.

It doesn't stop after you are dead either....unless you get cremated.
You will still continue to do it, also your hair & nails will grow.

So, make your last meal alive a big ol' pot of beans... that way, the fireworks will be big after your death. You might even soil your casket.

Yes. When you sleep, the muscles in your body relax, including - well that one too. We make gas 24/7 and how foul or how much depends on what we eat...

My wife says I do. I think she is making it up but the gas mask is pretty convincing.

Yes. You may not believe it now, but when you live with a guy, you will know.
