It depends on where you are. I'm in Wisconsin and at 65 degrees and raining, I'd bring them inside.

I found this 'how to help baby birds' page. Maybe it will help you.

It is illegal to be in possession of any migratory bird, so get them there as soon as possible. For tonight, keep a towel around them so they can maintain the body heat, especially if little or no feathers. Set a lamp with a 60 watt bulb nearby. If you could, a plastic ice cream bucket would be great for keeping the heat in. They need to be at least 95 degrees. Don't let the light get directly on the eyes. The biggest birds should be on top of the smallest birds, for constant warmth.

Put them in a box lined with paper towel, not cloth (they can get their nails caught in that.) Make sure they can not get out of the box. If you have a heating pad, place a towel on top of the heating pad and put the box on top of that. Keep the heating pad on low. If, after an hour, you notice the babies huddled together, put the heat up to medium. If you see that they are all spread out in the box, you have it too hot.

Do not attempt to give the babies any food, and never try to give baby birds water, as they can easily aspirate (get it in their lungs).

I would say they should be ok at room temprature, I wouldn't get them too hot they could over heat and not make it overnight. Put some old towels in with them and that should be enough
