you need to give the one with the ticks a bath to kill the ticks, than pull them off with tweezers, making sure you get the head. if you dont get the head its still alive.
the one with the goop in the eye, it might be the beginning of an upper respirator, so you should get it to the vet before it worsens. hope this has helped!

You really need to get to a vet. Ticks cause Lyme disease so you need to protect your dog against them. Your vet will prescribe a flea and tick preventative like front line or advantage. I'm not sure what the marks are, or if they will go away, but the vet will know. As for the goop in the eye, it could be a symptom of several issues, most likely allergies, but if you're in California, it could be a foxtail. A small amount of goop is normal, I just clean my dog's eyes about once a week to remove it. A large amount of goop is a bad thing.

Goopy eyed dog - to the vet. Or go to a pharmacy and ask for an eyedrop/eye ointment antibiotic that would be ok for the dog. We are able to do this in Canada.
Ticks - go and get a good flea and tick preventative. The kind that gets absorbed into the dog's system. Advantage or Revolution. When you remove the ticks, never use an eye tweezer. It's best to use your nail to remove it. Make sure the head comes with the body. Otherwise the head of the tick may become permanently embedded and cause an infection.
Always check your dog for ticks everytime they come back in from the outside. Especially after walks in bushey areas.

Okay, well I am not sure why you don't try getting some flea and tick spray or repellent so she stops getting bitten? If mom can't get you some, please ask a friend's parents to help, maybe you can do some yardwork or something to earn it? . The dog should not have to suffer. As far as the eye goop, your dog might have irritated eyes, is it dusty where you live? The vet can prescribe you some ointment, or if you can get her some eye ointment/ teramyacin at Petsmart or Petco, put it in twice a day, just a little and it will help clear up the green goop

Stop the ticks from biting by getting something to bath it in and find out where the ticks ae coming from to stop it at the source because my dogs live outside and probably dont have ticks because of the dirt but i dont know for sure.
As for the other dog go to the vet and they can give you a definate answer to the problem.
Oh yeah the tick marks will probably go away in a few weeks or shoerter.

Take a tip from a professional. Make an appointment ASAP to the vet. Excessive tick bites cause anemia and diseases, besides this, the dog will develop secondary infections, making it more ill. The vet will provide everything that is needed as well as taking a blood test for any tick diseases and anemia. It's not going to cost very much and I'm sure a vet could make payment arrangements if necessary. You wanted advice, now go for it!

Buy some over the counter flea and tick medicine for your dog. I bought some cheapie stuff 3 tubes for $5 at a local Dollar General store, and it works great, my dog no longer has ticks at all.
For the one with eye goop, take the dog to the vet, sounds like it might have an upper respiratory infection.

I would definitely take the dog to the vet that has a constant tick problem.
Regarding the other dog with runny eyes, some breeds are more inclined to do this than others, you might wanna mention the breed of these dogs so it'll be be easier to help you. If you don't find help here, try posting to forums specific to that breed.

That's a little silly.. Ur Pets depend on our answers?? Your pets deserve better than that, they should see the vet... Him you can depend on, here you can only get opinions. Ticks are a serious thing, if you aren't removing them properly, your dog can suffer.
Eye goop could be infection, allergies, scratch on the eye, beginnings of Dry Eye.. Vet time.
