Someone asked how I would propose we work together, I turn to you my brothers and sisters in Christ(or others who want to really be helpful in this) for answers again. How can we work together in YA-not for points, but to demonstrate the character that Jesus said would be a witness to the world(By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another)?

This is an interesting psychological study not unlike the Rorschach test, people some seem to see or deduce motives here that I don't have.

We tend to argue over small things when we need to be turning people on to Jesus. We need to show the love of Jesus, not name calling. Our actions will speak louder than anything else.

When I first started on yahoo answers, I got offended about some of the immoral questions, stupid and childless questions posted here. Then, God convicted me to try and be compassionate and helpful to the ones that seem to be seeking something here, especially the ones that post on religion & spirituality asking questions about God and christians in general. We can use this as a witness tool and not offend others that seem to demand attention from us and try to mock and make fun of God. I sometimes can be cocky in my answers but I'm really interested in helping a unbeliever see something in God that might spark an interest and lead to their salvation.

Some of us already do...we formed a prayer fellowship and pray for each other's needs and the things we see here on Y/A especially the requests for prayer.

Don't be judgmental. Turns people off immediately. Answer a question according to what the Bible says. Back each other up. Don't be rude or drop to the their level if they try to get under your skin.

Why you want to do that?
Why not work together to try to understand the people with different religions and opinions.
What you think will Jesus do?

Peace.

You could face up to the truth about the origin of your religion: look up the "Council of Nicea". Be prepared to learn what you probably don't want to know, but history is history. Do good works because they are the right thing to do, not because of a distortion of history.

Do you want every christian to share their E-mail addresses?
Do you want them to arrange times to have corporate prayer?
Do you want to join each others' contacts?
Do you want more focus on Jesus and salvation?
Do you want to YA christians to personally meet each other?

You want all Christians to stop using sarcasm and not call on each other when they make a mistake by using a witty joke?
Seems to be a form of censorship.

Maybe christians could encourage one another to read something other than the bible, it might improve the stuff posted on here.
