Well the name pretty much says it all. It's when during sex (usually a girl) starts shouting and making a big deal and pretending like she's having an orgasm so that the guy will feel better about his skills. Watch When Harry Met Sally for more explanation.

Not cumming at all is faking an orgasm. Telling somtone that you are about to *** and you don't is faking, but it can make your relationship worst by doing that That person can feel that they are not doing a good job when you hve been faking. If y haven't you need to try it, it fels good when you both *** at the same time.

It means that you act like you got off when you really didn't, it is usually done when one is tired of the whole thing and they want you to get off of them, or they may be trying to build your ego by making you think you are so good at it, when really you suck.
