You don't. Stretch marks are permanent. Creams exist that help them fade faster, but short of plastic surgery (which will also leave scars) nothing makes them go away.

Try a balm. It worked for Kramer.

As far as I know, there is no remedy for stretch marks.

nothing works fast for stretch marks.
but do exfoliate and moisturize with lotion.
