Has anyone used their credit to make money off of credit card piggybacking?

I'm thinking of using my perfect credit to make money via piggybacking. Has anyone else done this? What are your thoughts.

Geez, that sounds really shaky. Maybe not illegal, but certainly unethical. So you would be selling to somebody with poor credit a way to scam the system? Does that sound ethical to you?
