I have been there many times, but I always think of the people that love me and how bad it would hurt them and I can't do it. I love my mom too much to put her through that and she is 83 years old. Could not imagine putting her through that type of hell. She is a strong christian and she would know I would be hell bound. That is what I was always told that if you commit suicide that you cannot go to heaven. Think about what life might hold in store for you years from now. It could be great and if you die you will never know. Life is bad for everybody sometimes, but you just have to keep on going and hope that it will get better. Depression is horrible, believe I know, but death cannot be reversed. Depression can...

God gave you life, and only God can take it: all others go into the pit! You are just going through a bad patch right now, but surely you can remember when life was good. Well, it can be that way again, or even better, and soon! See this as a test that God has given you, and rise to meet the challenge, and win the battle against the forces of depression. Go to the articles on suicidal thoughts and depression at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on pages 5 and 2, and devote yourself to helping people even worse off than yourself, as one way of making yourself feel better. Maybe continue this, even after you recover.

Life is like an apple. A big, red, juicy one. It gleams, crimson and waxy. On the outside. Who knows what the inside may hide. Bruises? Rotten bits? Worms, perhaps? Just like life, there are only two options.
You can take a chance and bite into it, savour its juicieness, relish its flavour. There may be rotton patches, but you're willing to take a chance in order to enjoy the good parts.
Or you can walk away from it, shirk away from what might be bad, hide from the ugly unknown. But while you may be getting away from the nuiscances of life, youn will never know the sweet satisfaction of the simple pleasures it holds.

Why don't you read your own story a few times more, I think you're going to choose life, the right thing to do. Besides someone who "luvs pink" so much shouldn't be thinking that suicide is the answer.

Read the Bible. It will tell you nobody who commits suicide goes to heaven. You don't want to spend eternity in hell so talk to someone and get help with your depression. Now put the pills away. Tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life and believe me, it will get better if you have the courage to seek help.

I was there where you are once in my life. I heard the voice of God telling me that when it was time to go, I would hear him speak to me. What you are telling me is that you are make decisions that God will make in God's time.

I also heard that my suicide would devastate my friends and family and that it was a selfish act on my part. I'm sure that there are people you care about and who care about you.

But what else I did hear was that I should speak to someone about my feelings and I did and have a happy life. I saw a wonderful woman psychiatrist who helped me to see how many gifts I had that would have been wasted.

Peace to you.
