Maybe Kurt cried like a baby and NASCAR felt sorry. He's scared that Tony will Rearrange his face, and we all know it needs it. Maybe Smoke and "Mongo" Spencer can tag team the chump!! Smoke and Mongo vs Chump shrub!!

No, that's BS! I don't think Nascar is done with this incident yet. Kurt Busch will get more than a "just don't do it again". Nascar is enforcing the rules more now than ever, and I think once they make a decision, it will be one that makes the little hothead think twice before acting as stupid as he did Monday. They're not gonna just look the other way when he put an innocent party at risk because he was pizzed off. Kurt just needs to get over himself... shows what a pansy he really is since he can't handle things any better than that! So who's to blame for the screw-up he'll make in the next race... and it's pretty much inevitable that there will be one. How many races have we had that he hasn't been in one? Typical reaction from him though... wouldn't expect to see anything less. Hope Nascar keeps making good calls and sticks it to him though.

Well I'm not surprised at no suspension, but aren't most of the rules infraction labeled as "actions detrimental to racing." It seems like he should get 50 pts docked and $10,000 and probation, heck last year Jeff Gordon got put on probation for some pansy shove after the race @ Bristol. I guess NASCAR thought by parking him afterwards, he was suspended enough and lost enough points. Plus, they aren't thinking clearly b/c of Bill France's death. SO that might explain their approach

Why? They didn't give Kevin Harvick a break when they parked him for a race or Tony a break the year before he won his championship. Kurt's had his chances! It's time to start parking guys and then the sponsors will take care of the bad attitudes on and off the track.

You must be in la la land... for what Kurt Busch did at the race, he should be docked points and be fined... I mean, there are drivers who do less and get docked, suspended and fined so he shouldnt be any different... especially for being a pansy and taking it out on Tony... when did Tony hit him? Did Tony bump him? No, but Kurt decided to take it out and be a pansy..almost hitting Tony's pit guy, and slowing down to have words with Tony... dude, if you have a problem, wait until you are out of the car and then have words but dont do it when you are in the car and then almost hit someone... he should be docked and fined for it.... Nascar would look stupid and be stupid not to....

He lies....
As we all know, NASCAR will not make an official decision until Friday, due to tomorrow's funeral for Bill France Jr.
You must have dreamt it in your mind, well wake up, NASCAR isn't that stupid to let Kurt Busch get off free for doing something that idiotic and dangerous.

If he drove a Chevy NASCAR would look the other way. Since he's in a Dodge, i expect stiff penalties. Look at all the times earnhardt Sr. did his patented "bump and run" move to win a race, then in Victory Lane tells the reporters "that's racin'".
