I hear so many times of someone that claims to love jesus yet needs to ask jesus for forgiveness of sins they commit. Please do not say they are human. If they know and love god they would not ever sin.

everybody sins, it is a part of our fallen human nature. When someone loves Jesus, they constantly repent and live by the 10 commandments as best they can.

I am not a christian, and i actually dislike the religion itself so please just indulge this information if it seems blasphemous. In an open ended religion such as christianity making it sound so simple shows you do not fully understand. By the terms of the christian faith, a sin is the thought of commiting a sin, it is another sin to debate the idea, it is a third sin to put action toward it. An example, seeing a nude woman, if you decide if she is good looking or not sexually is a sin, it is another sin if you decide to take a better look because it has just become lust, it is a third sin to speak on the matter. The human mind is curious so saying that someone does not love god because they sin, i will assume you do not love god. Because your question is a sin. You are acting like god, judging your fellow man and you were never granted such rights from god. Sin is so general, and as it says in the bible no sin is greater than another, because all are frowned upon in the eyes of god. Do remember, christianity is founded on 3 principals that are impossible. Be like god, but if you try you are going against god. Ask for forgiveness, but i will punish those who do wrong (forgiven or not). And in the end, the philosophy that i just dont understand, God is almighty knows all, sees all and is infinate. Why create a scenario if you know the answer. If you know the answer then you are already done before you start, if you continue then you are not infalable. If you can control everything of all you create why is their a satan? If you dislike sin then why allow your subjects to sin?

It's like you telling your child to not curse, and keep prodding them to curse every chance you get for their entire life. And as soon as they do, you threaten to kill them.

But the general answer is, Sin is the only thing people are capable of, in some form or fashion. Knowing yourself and the world around you can alieviate that somewhat. As much as you are trying to understand you are comdeming yourself to the same rhetoric you are speaking against. So in all, it cannot be the person with the problems, it is the rules that have the problems.

Just because you love something still doesnt mean that you dont have flaws. If you love your wife or girlfriend, you should never have to look at another woman. But guys do it all the time.

Satan has made sin attractive. Even though we love God and Jesus, it doesn't mean that we have perfect self control and will power. Yes there are things you do in life even though you know they are wrong. Speeding, lying, cheating, trying to discount the fact of humanity kills any answer to the question. Because to be human is to err.

Jesus loves us enough to forgive us even when we mess up, no matter how many times we mess up. Can you say that about any one else you know?

All men are capable of sin. God loves us but hates sin. When a person is saved,he has no desire to do so.Yet he is tempted. Man is drawn to sin after he is tempted and out of his lust it gets him to think about it,at that rate, he sins. yes he loves God ,yes he is saved. But he is not tempted with something he does not like, it is usually something he has been doing for years, before he was saved. Though he no longer sins, he still has the sins of his past,to deal with. Do not say man never will sin Jesus says if a man says he has not sinned then the truth is not in him and he is a liar. Jesus knew we would sin, that is why he gave us repentence and forgiveness. If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us. Does that give one the ok to do so know,he gave us a gift the holyspirit. It teaches us and guides us daily to do his will,he said pick up your cross daily and follow me. When we grow weary of doing things for God,and we will,we stop reading the word and having relationship with him. Then we lose our strength, that is when we are weak. The word of God keeps us strong. One can also get to busy in the church or life issues and end up in condemnation. Jesus is our mediator for our short comings. Man loves to see a fallen Christian, that gives them a reason to mock God.

This has some explaining to do. It seems as if you expect Christians to be perfect like Christ; knowing what sin is and running away from it.

Avoiding sin isn't just not killing people or stealing stuff. There's anger, envy, etc. and yes, it is because we are human. There's just no other way to explain it. Christians sin, too.

If you don't walk upright before the Lord we will sin look in the Bible everyone of the Prophets sin and it goes to show that we are not perfect and God knows this if everbody didn't sin their would be no need of Jesus crucifiction. God wants to strive to be perfect because he knows we can't.

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

That's a totally bogus ideal.
EVERYBODY SINS. Period. Don't try to tell me that you are so holy that you never THINK about doing something wrong; that you never THINK about having sex with someone; that you never THINK "I'd like to have that", which belongs to your neighbor.

Christ said that to think a thing is to have committed the sin in your heart. If you never even think of a bad think, perhaps we should all bow down and kiss your dusty sandalled feet.

I guess if people didn't sin, why would they need Jesus to save them? Wasn't that the whole point?

Who do you think you are fooling. We all have sinned and will continue to sin. God and Jesus know your heart and mine. Don't think you can fool either of them.
