without the inner experience belief crumbles and falls by the wayside. This is why some people cannot and will never buy into Christianity for this one fact alone.

Bobby Jim if you make a statement in your answer you must be accurate. It is based on some reading I have done by Carl Jung, I have no idea about what you are citing so please don't jump to conclusions until you have the facts.

Yes, we all must follow what makes sense to us, not what some book or some pastor says is true.

In our search for the truth we incounter experiences. When we accept Christ we have more life experiences. Whe he speaks to us and comforts us we have even bigger life experiences. I do think these are important. My life experiences would not make sense to you as yours might seem crazy to me, but God can work in many ways. He has no boundaries in the way he can show us his love. Since accepting Christ, my inner experiences sem too good to be true sometimes, but I know God is that good and even better if I just let him! Sometimes the Chritianity you see is not true christianity at all.

How long have you been in therapy?
Your question is taken directly from quotes of Abraham Maslow (the father of Psychology's self-esteem movement) and from Carl Rogers, one of Freud's students. (The Rogerian movement of Psychology)
If you want to believe Psychology, go ahead. In his book "THE FUTURE OF AN ILLUSION," Freud states that one of his goals is to create an illusionary system of belief that will replace religion in our European/Western civilization.
Psychology IS that illusionary system.
(And THIS comes from an Apostate Jew!)

Faith not based of fact is fantacy... for those of The True Christian Faith, God is The Fact... Our Faith in what God has for us is based on our personal experience with God. Not in any teaching of man... Those of The True Christian Faith know with absolute certainty that God IS... and that is The Fact that backs our Faith

No, it has more to do with the whole evidence thing, namely the lack of it.
