I wouldn't feel horrible. I am a mother of two, and I've dropped each of them from the bed. And guess what, they are still alive! My second child was only a week old when she fell off the bed.

You must have felt so bad! And no, you are not evil. But... now that you realize what a huge responsibility babysitting is, you should learn some more things about childcare. Read some books about babysitting, or better yet, take a class. This will help you be the excellent and trusted babysitter that I'm sure you want to be!
Good luck!

If falling off the bed is the worst thing that happens to him, he'll lead a blessed life.
Live and learn. Being evil implies intent to do harm, and it doesn't sound like there was any, either intent or harm. Little kids are very resilient to small bumps and bruises.

Evil??? No, accidents happen. But you should be more careful. Yes, I would let you babysit again, as long as this mistake doesn't become a habit.

You should have been given a little more specific instruction by whoever was in charge of the baby. So don’t feel bad.

You are not evil. I am a mother and the same thing happened to me with my youngest. Just learn from that incident and move on...

How did he get into the floor? If you pushed him there with your mind powers, yes you're evil.
