Uh...I don't exactly understand what you're saying, but if he's all about looks then you don't need them. Now, you want to lose the weight, right? (I get that from reading this...I think) Well, diet and exercise. It's also good to do it with a friend---so you can help each other get through the lazy days. This is a process don't expect to lose 30 pounds in a week. It takes patience and time. Try and do something you have fun with. Maybe go on a walk with a friend everyday to start. After a while go further and maybe speed up. You could add in a run or jogging section in the walk. The key is to burn more calories than you intake. So it's both diet and exercise. You need to talk to your boyfriend... what is he feeling? Tell him how you're feeling. Calmly. Talk. Listen to one another.

You didn't ask a question but if its advice you are looking for, the best way to lose weight is through diet and exercise, i have lost 26 pounds which is 10 kilograms. Weight loss isn't over night. I lost this weight at a consistent rate for a year. You can do the same, all it takes is determination, patience and some time. Stay away from junk food, that is pizza, candy, unnecessary sugars. That stuff puts a ton of weight on you if not keep you at the same weight.

Do your best to avoid the surgery, it is a horrible experience to put yourself through. Just drink plenty of water and do lots of walking. Not necessarily thinking of it as exercising, but just enjoying your day. Don't let what people say get to you, because people that have never experienced the problem think that they have all of the answers and they don't. Your weight effects you emotionally and you don't need anymore crap from people who think that they are the brightest little jerks on the face of this earth. Be happy with your boyfriend and enjoy your life. Good Luck.

Oh my god...this story broke my heart, it is really making me cry right now. To hear someone in so much agony because of the way people treat them is so embarrasing to myself and should be to the human race. The fact that us people say things that could drive such a sweet person as yourself that far is horrible. You have a man that loves you and you should milk it for every single thing that it is worth. Who gives a damn about all those selfish, ignorant people out there that can't find beauty in your relationship. I feel that people like that are so pathetic because they have their own issues so they turn to other peoples lives and what they do to criticize them to make themselves feel better. How sorry! I can honestly say that this story is such a wake up call for me. I make fun of people at times and never really thought it could hurt someone to this extent, that is something I will definitly have to work on. Sweetie, you have truly touched me. Please don't starve yourself or get gastric bypass, your man loves you for who you are, he is not ashamed of you and so you should not be ashamed of yourself. It's not you outside you have to change, it's your inside. You have to work on your self-confidence and self-worth. Please try. Get counseling or something. I am anorexic for the same exact reason that you are trying to lose weight-the pressure. I am sick all the time and I wish I never started. It's so hard once you get into it. It controls every single thing you do or think about. I love you so much. Thank you for opening my eyes to the cruelty of people and what they can cause. And to all you haters out there FU(K YOU! You are truly beautiful and thanks again.
If you want to talk sometime just email me, okay?

Hold on here. You are what you eat remember. Now there is nothing wrong with been fat. But if you want to change yourself only you can do it. Start by walking everyday. But remember you live in a culture which judge people on looks size etc. This is a culture that feed images of what people should look like etc. Not American here. If you lived here in Europe you wouldn't eat half as much as you eat over in USA.

Life's not fair, so you will have to address your complaints to the guy who designed it. As for the rest, I would take what I can get while I can get it and never mind about what others are saying. People will always be talking about you behind your back, even if you are thin, so there's no loss on that account. There are some guys who are attracted to big women. Maybe you hit the jackpot.

If you have someone that loves you and you love yourself, then it doesn't matter what you look like or what others think. But it seems like you're not too happy with yourself, so eat healthier, go to the gym and excersice.

being fat isn't being ugly. i know some bigger ppl who are prettier than some of the skinny girls. if he really loves u then it won't matter how u look just how u are. who gives a **** if other ppl look at u guys the probably just jealous. beauty gets attention but personality captures the heart.

The question is?
Look. If you love him and he loves you, who cares what other people think? Take it like a rock star and look at it like all eyes are on me. "I got it so good people rather mind my business instead of their own."
