I've seen this many times, groups of worshippers which appear to be Christian because they have a long crucifix necklace and a long black cloaklike thing, have long beards, and sometimes where hats with crosses?? This is sort of similar to that one character with the beard and long black suit and cross that you see in that Chuck Norris movie Delta Force, and gets shot i think.. I was just wondering what are they called?

You are probably speaking of Orthodox priests or bishops. However some Catholic Rites would also dress this way.
