Yes, they should be granted citizenship. Entering the country without permission or overstaying with a Visa is not a serious offence. We have much worse criminals to worry about, pedophilliacs, murderers etc. Yet, noone ever complains that pedophilliacs are allowed to be citizens, though the offence they commit is among the worst. Citizenship should be taken away from anyone who commits a serious offence.

Why don't we ask the Native Americans... This country is a nation founded by immigrants, and the only ones that are native have justa small patch of land. As long as they pay there taxes and aren't killing people I don't mind. We need people to keep the gene pool varied. I agree they're illegal, but so are things that shouldn't be. and things that are legal that shouldn't be. They should make them at least pay a heavy fine if they want to stay. If they don't wanna pay then send them packing.

I don't personally hate Mexicans. I hate the fact that they come to USA illegally and are not willing to go thru the process legally. I hate the fact they use government paid services meant for legal citizens. I hate the fact they overcrowd our hospitals causing my insurance rates to jump. I hate they are not willing to learn the language of the country they are taking advantage of. I hate the fact they demand the same benefits that are given to those who are citizens and pay for those services thru taxes. I hate the fact they are not willing to follow the laws of this country. I hate the fact they attend our public schools without paying for them. I hate the fact they demand that our public schools teach their children in spanish. I hate the fact they don't obtain legally required vehicle insurance causing my insurance rates to soar

WTF....NO. They are criminals, living off the system (tax payers) and over crowding our E.R.'s , which makes health insurance go up. They are coming here w/o medical records ! And bringing bad illness here.
WHY !! WHY !! Should they be rewarded citizenship ??? Even if they are given citizenship, that does not change the damage they have done.

I think if we're willing to give terrorist a citizenship to come visit so they can blow our building we should allow the immigrants from Mexico come to the u.s so they can clean up what is left of a terrorist attack....think about it when was the last time you saw a Mexican running across the border trying to blow something up...
