Maybe it is the soap that you use. My sister complains about this everytime she takes a bath.

I would definitely have her checked out by a doctor. I don't mean to sound rude, but, you don't think that there could be a "human" that's doing something to her? You know there's all kinds of weird's out there. Even children experiment on other kids let alone themselves. I remember when I was little and I would go poo (sometimes - not all the time) - I used to call it sticker poop - because it felt like sticker's were coming out when I would go poo - we never figured out what it was - but, my mom would always make us stewed prunes with raisins, dried apricots and that always seemed to help. So, she could just be a little constipated. Try some stewed prunes with raisins & dried apricots (you know, just cook them all up together until their cooked) and see if that doesn't help - it'll take a few days though before it works - but, it might help. Good luck - I know it's difficult to figure out what little one's are going though. I also would maybe put a little corn starch on her butt too - I know that sounds old fashioned but it does work - I think it's better than baby powder because it's all natural - and it would if anything, help sooth her little butt.

oh, poor baby... try going to the doc. I know it costs but she could have a pretty bad problem. Maybe she is constipated cuz I know if I am it does seem to hurt inside of there. You could try a fleet supposatory or enama if that is the case. Good luck and if you dont have the money at all for a doc. apt. just call the doc. office and speek to one of the nurses or tell them to let the doc. call you back and ask him, he might know without a visit. GOOD LUCK i will keep her in my prayers.

P.S. whoever used the bad language and nasty sense of "humor", that was wrong and I'm sorry you had to see that.

Also she might have a hemroid if so try preperation H it works, OHH and I forgot when she is pooping she might be having rectal bleeding , I tend to have that if I am once again constipated, but if she is pooing she might be bleeding and preperation H will cure that/soothe it too. When she poops tell her not to flush and look to see if there is blood in her poo. She prob. needs a stool softener.

have you protected your child by telling her what good touch is or bad touch? can she tell you if someone is or has touched her in a bad way?it happens because parents dont want to think it can.talk to her and be sure if she tells you no matter who it is you believe her.children this young may be afraid to talk if they think you are going to be mad at them.make sure that she knows you would not be mad at her you just want to protect her and not let anyone do anything that would hurt her ever- no matter who that might be.if the worst has happened call the cops and make sure this person is not around your child ever again.if you are 100% sure she has not been molested take a close look at her diet.too much junk or fast food will cause constipation.kids need plenty of fresh water fruits and vegetables.not pop, cookies, candy or greasy fried foods and pizza all the time.thats why kids are fat and lazy and diabetic extremely poor diet,no exercise and eating too much of everything.good luck.

Could she be a little constipated. Or maybe she just needs a stool softener. Sometimes, as todllers get older, we don't watch to make sure they drink enough liquids. And this may lead to dryer, harder bowel movements. Which may cause a painfull rectum. Check with her doctor before giving her any stool softeners.

Yes-the same thing happened to my daughter. She NEEDS WATER! I'm serious---I know it'll be hard, but cut back on the Juicy Juice for a while and give her some more water. Also, green veggies helps too. Believe it or not, it's actually just a form of gas---if you do what I tell you, trust me, it'll go away....

do you use colored toilet papere? when i was a little kid i was sensitive to dyes on the paper products in the bathroom and it made my rear end hurt. a couple weeks after my mom stopped buying colored toilet paper, my rear end stopped hurting.

also, try talking to the dr. again and let the dr. know that the problem is persisting.

maybe she is constipated? that could be a cause too.

these are just my opinions. hope this helps.

For some reason if we complained of that as kids our mom told us to drink more water. Don't know why or anything, obviously it was not a medical problem though.

She might have bad gas or constipation. Also she could have hemorrhoids. I would consult your doctor again and if you don't feel satisfied with the answer maybe you could find another doctor?

It sounds like hemorrhoids, but she is awfully young for that. I would definitely suggest taking her to the doctor and getting that checked into further.

She may not be wiping well enough, or wiping to well. Also someone else mentioned soap. My daughter and I both have sensitive skin and if we use the wrong soap our butts and vaginas are the first to itch or hurt!
