Yes they can use software to record what showing on webcam and sadly post it around. But most people don't realize this.

If he has the right software and setup, yes he can record webcam sessions. Next time, be careful what you do over webcam.

yes. people can also tap into your web cam signal and rcord you and you not even know it.
