i tell you not because i sell herbalife but because I've lost 10 lbs and my wife has lost 15 lbs in 2 months. their program gives you all the vitamins and minerals you need plus energy and they have supplements so that you are not hungry when you are not suppose to eat. you can snack on fruit or some of the snacks that they have . its been helping me with alot of aliments that i have

Losing weight is a matter of a change in eating habits. Making better choices such as lower fat entrees or drinking diet sodas instead of regular. I have had success with counting calories and fat. I stay at 1200-1500 calories a day and staying uder 20 grams of fat per day. The way I lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks was to eat the "lean cuisine" type meals that can be found in any grocery store freezer section. They are delicious and I usually eat a salad and a vegetable as a side dish (watch your intake of corn and peas, they are higher carbs). I use 2 TBS. fat free dressing or a lite vinagarette type. My breakfast consists of a small serving of whole grain cereal, 8 oz. of skim milk, 2 egg whites fried with non-stick cooking spray, and 1/2 cup of fruit, coffee and water (I drink lots of water...8---8 oz glasses a day to flush out the fat). My lunch is a lean cuisine meal and an 8 oz. yogurt, for a snack all the raw vegies you want or a small weight watcher's type snack bar. Dinner is a lean cuisine meal, a vegie and salad. For your second snack you can have a diet popsickle or any single serving of diet sugar-free dessert. I have succeeded by eating 5 times a day so I don't get hungry, keep my calories at about 1200 (1500 tops), and the fat below 20 grams a day. To boost the metabolism , try walking more or do the stairs instead of the elevator,go to a zoo or amusement park to keep active...just stay active. Reading labels has been a real eye-opener for me, There are hidden calories and fat in many "diet" foods. Just keep an open mind, read your lables and don't go hungry. I also try to stay away from white breads and potatos (only on occasion, maybe twice a week). I use artifical butter spray or a touch of chicken boullion in my mashed potatoes instead of butter. I measure everything to stay on smaller portions. Use a small plate instead of a larger one so it seems like I am eating more food. Good luck! I know you can do it if I did it :D...

exercise. cardio twice daily and i would include weights and yoga or pilates.Cardio should be done after weights not before. always warn up for 8-15 minutes. The older you are the longer the warmup and the longer you should stretch.
Diet should become a lifestyle plan. H2o drink 7-10 glasses per day. Especially during and after exercise.
Eat 5 meals a day. Keep fiber between 25 - 40 grams daily. If you are not eliminating properly your weight loss will be slower. Now eat frsh fruits and veggies. keep whole grains and healthy fats(nuts - protein source too. limit dairy
keep meals balanced with protein, carbs and healthy fats.
Most people loose 1-2 pds per week sometimes up to 5.
Green tea for energy, multi vit and b-complex. b vits help regulate blood sugars.
Safely you should count on loosing 25-35 pds. If you are exercising you will tighten up and look like you have lost more.
If you diet drastically you can loose more, but you sacrifice lean muscle which your bodyfat usually becomes higher. There are a lot of fat skinny people out there.

Most likely, your doctor will say the best way for you to lose weight is to cut calories where you can and to be more physically active. If you want to be 150 pounds, eat 1500 calories, 145 pounds you eat 1450 calories, 100 pounds you eat 1000 calories and so on.
Keeping a food diary is often recommended as a first step towards weight management by health and nutrition professionals. It is an excellent way to assess your habits (both good and bad) and find trouble spots where changes need to be made.
And exercise, exspecially cardio. It's next to impossible to spot reduce areas on your body, so you must do plenty of cardio to lose the wieght all over your body. You don't have to be thin to be gorgeous, and be sure if your losing weight, to do it healthy. There's no real easy fix, lower calories, plenty of exercise, and cut out all drinks that don't include water or green tea! Good luck! I hope this helps you :)

Jumping rope is amazing. Start out doing a song or two. Then slowly increase it to 10, 15, 20, then 30 minutes. 30 minutes is for the advanced jumpers. It's fun and you can lose so much soooo fast. It works the whole body and has other added benefits of increasing elasticity of the joints, if done properly. Good luck.

Running its the best way to lose wieght fast. Start out walking
2 miles per day. Slowly advance to running. It naturally makes you not hungry too. You will start to look good after 1 week. Drink plenty of water. Be sure to run on a good track and in a safe place. Running on pavement like on the street is bad for your feet. Get someone to run with you and it makes you more motivated. Rie Rie

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

well first dont think of it as a diet, think of it as a healthy life style. than watch you eat...that the most important part, and not to get to full. next, eat lots of veggi and fruit, and drink lots of water. and go workout everyday, cuz the more u work out the higher ur heart rate. the higher the heart rate, the more u sweat. more u sweat the more u lose calories. more calories u loose the more pound u will loose. but try going to a doctor first, and see if loosing 50lb healthy. good luck

Best way definitely diet and exercise. this is very important Drink lots of water!! preferably ice cold water (your body uses up about 70 calories a day to get that water to room temp) or drink a lot of green tea. You eat less but more often and stop eating after seven in the afternoon and remember to never skip breakfast, its what starts up your metabolism. Eat a lot of fiber, like strawberries, beans, brown rice, apples, and nuts.

Don't eat less - eat differently.
Instead of a typical meal at breakfast, eat as much fruit as you want until lunch. Might sound strange, but it's not. I've been doing this for 12 years now. :) Waking up and frying chicken embrios IS strange.
