Im in the heavyweight dev and currently aroun 85kg which is at the lower end, since heavy weight dev is 80+ what are some ways to gain weight, APART FROM heavy lifting at the gym, i already know this will help me gain muscle mass, i'd just rather not do it. Is it alright to eat junk food to gain weight also? i really hope someone says its ok :)

no dont eat junk food
wut u should do is eat up to 6 big meals a day including a pre workout meal which should be high protien and medium carbs
2 hour after working out eat a very high calorie meal and go to nap for 1-2 hours

If you do not intend to gain mass by lifting, I do not recommend weight gain any other way. Any time you gain fat, it is going to be difficult to take the weight off, so that is not something you want to take lightly. I intend to bulk up substantially before I pursue martial arts, so I know that there are no shortcuts to success. I have a great workout, meal, and supplement plan ready to go when I can afford everything. I am a lean, skinny guy at the moment and I am content to be so, until I can add pure muscle to my frame. I recommend the same for you.

I used Weight Gainer from GNC and I would also drink lots of whole Milk late at night before bed. The good news is that the less you exercise with that combination... the faster weight will jump on you.
