How would you define ugly?

Someone who doesn't care about other people's feelings. Someone that picks on people who are less fortunate than them. A person that thinks they're all that. Just anyone with a bad personality, or something that's mean. I wouldn't say it's all about how you look.

I don't consider a person's looks to be ugly, but I consider a bad attitude to be ugly. You can be the prettiest, or most good-looking person in the world, but if you have a bad attitude you're ugly. What a turn off!

Ugly is very subjective, it all depends on the individual. But generally, it is someone that you, on an individual level is physically unattracted to or simply do not find his/her character appealing. In fact you probably would dislike it.
