It means he can do that and a lot more because you won't sue him for sexual harassment because he is a lawyer.

Hi..In certain cultures, people are very touchy...I'm from a Latin background, even though, I was born here in Brooklyn New York, I touch people when I talk to them..To me I guess everyone I know or deal with, I have a habit of touching their hand or arm when I speak to them..My Italian and Jewish friends do the same..Perhaps it's something, that's a learned habit from our families and friends..It doesn't mean anything bad..Sometimes it's just trying to get your point across, or just saying, without using the words.."I know you understand what I'm saying".
I'm sure you're lawyer didn't mean any harm..regardless of his age!

HE WANT'S MORE MONEY. Look for a bill in the mail. He was just being personable, try not to make more out of it than what it is. He's just a touchy person, evidently he got you twitching. Get one who means business, instead of monkey business. Don't be played the fool.

Nothing wrong if he touches your arm because at time the conversation gets carried away.
Just keep your distance in the future and tell him politely.

Very simple, it means you should get another lawyer. One that is only concerned with the reason you came to see him. Not one who must be unhappy at home, is horney, and looking to see what he can get from you besides the very high fee you have to pay him.

Some people are like that, they touch just because it is their way to let you know that they understand you. They may even like you and that is their way of letting you know it. Every one is different in their behavior and how they relate to others.
