why not use black....its an awesome colour...I did my "throne room" in an egyptian style and use a black shower curtain...and accents...Of course the other colour is a dark sand so maybe that would work well with your black and white the colour sand) Have fun..the bathroom should be the most amusing room in your house!! We sure spend alot of time in there.

Black ribbon with white polka dots, black and white gingham. Cream plushy rug and towels. I would stick with the black/white and cream look. Very clean and pretty. Black/Pewter fixtures.

Maybe one (1!) pale pink , blue or red flower in a vase. That makes more impact.

1] add black and brass accents [toothbrush holder, soap dish/dispenser, tumbler, lotion dispenser, trashcan, toilet bowl brush ]
2] get towel sets in black, ivory, natural; most other colors will look good in there as well.
3] rug should be black; or if room is small, natural
4] add a small green plant if you have room
5] add small pix or photos if you wish

a semi-gloss blueish grey would look very nice because it suits a bathroom in the sense of water and cleanliness, won't show watermarks if it is semi-gloss and will also be easy to clean... and it's a slight earth tone shade, so it won't be too bright or too dark.

if you go natural you can color the room up with accents instead of making huge drastic changes. it colors it up and you can change it up anytime you want

sea blue or green...that sort of deep rich bluish greenish color.

if no one else in the house objects, maybe like a fuschia color.
