i like soccer too, but i can't find time to talk 2 time w/ out him playing soccer w/ his guy friends!

Just do a little research on international soccer, drop a few names in front of him and his soccer buddies, then watch the magic happen. I know it sounds lame, but as soon as anybody starts talking about soccer overseas, people just automatically assume that they know what they're talkin about... its a pretty sweet trick. But be prepaired to change topics quickly after you've sparked his interest.

I know this is not what you want to hear, but if he won't make time out for you or anyone else then you might want to move on to other guys. It is clear that he would rather be playing soccer and his buddies than to hang with you.
First you might want to talk to him and set up a date. Do something outside of his circle of friends and interests. If he keeps coming up with excuses then he isn't interested or have any time for you.
