I need more than be fruitful and multiply, humanity has covered that base. Anything more for the individual?

Genesis 1:28  And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Psalms 128:3  Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.

GOD bless

good point, hard to think of off top of head besides the old faithful "be fruitful and multiply, have many wives and kids, sheep and goats"

I did find this though...sexual reproduction results in 1/2 of your genes being lost to offspring, they lose 1/2 and so on, REQUIRING HUMANS TO EVOLVE AND CHANGE or evolution is built into your divine creation genome

yet most bible thumpers will say evolution is a hoax

Genesis 1:27-28. It should be noted that Adam and Eve were a married couple. "Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4).
