Where is it ok to travel to, from Canada, with a criminal Record?

My husband has criminal record from when he was young for posession of Narcotics. It has been well over 5 years so he is able to apply for a pardon, but that takes too long. With a passport, which contries will he be granted entry to with no complications?

Very few and even a pardon wont let u into some as a pardons only good for the country that issued it.check with embassies of countries u want to visit.

you need to contact many embassies around the world to get that info. don't trust noodleheads on the internet, get help from the professionals, thats what they are for.
