YES!!!! And they also help you not briuse as easily. My mom had some surgery and they said to eat pineapple so she won't bruise as much. You can even go to GNS and get some herbs that have the same thing as in the pineapple that can help you too.

I love canned pineapple slices or chunks but the regular pineapple that you cut yourself is a little too strong for me.

It is funny that on this date 6 June, D-day in Europe, that you ask do I like pineapples, hand grenades.
I like them going away from me as the thrower but, I never liked being on the incoming end ---- they hurt.
Keep the pins in and handle your pineapples carefully.

Love them. Try them with some salt, a little pepper and some cilentro. They taste great. In Trinidad that called a pineapple chow but I guess you all may call it a salsa or something.
