it is safe to use a little of dawn soap on them. but only a little bit, and use warm water. also make sure you get it all off... than dry them and keep them warm. you can also use a flee comb to get them off, and then you drop them in soapy water. also you can use a little drop of frontline.

You can use a dime size amount of dawn dish soap with two drops of tea tree oil, making sure not to get it in the kittens eyes. After the kitten is dry put a few drops of the tea tree oil on the kittens collar or between it's shoulder blades. It won't harm the kitten and will keep the fleas away. Also with infestation of your house sprinkle table salt on your carpets wait 24 hrs then run the sweeper, the salt will dehydrate the fleas and kill them.
You might have to do that a few times to get rid of all the fleas but it works. Be aware that tea tree oil has a slight musty smell to it.

Your right most products are for kittens at least 12 weeks or older, Ive found one method that works great w/ only 1 draw back , you have to repeat the process a few times. Its easy though, all you have to do is bathe kitty in warm water in your sink & wash him/her w Dawn dish soap(the original blue kind works best for some unknown reason) just the water will drown the fleas & the Dawn also helps to kill any that may have survived the water...Im not sure WHY it works exaclty but it has ALWAYS worked for me & my family. You will have to re-bathe kitty w/in 2 weeks as flea eggs hatech about every 14 days & this will leave more fleas on your kitty....jsut repeat the process about every 2 weeks for a month or two & you should be flea free. You may also want to treat your house, make sure that kitty is out of the house for at least the recommended time on the instruction sof what ever product you use in your house.....unless you get rid of fleas on the animla & in the home you will still have fleas. â¥Best of luckâ¥

I use frontline liquid fleaspray and it says on the bottle 8 weeks. You might be able to call a vet and just ask them if anything can be used and might not have to take the kitten. Frontline has to be purchased at the vet or from 1800petmed, it can not be bought at wallmart or any place like that, at least not in this state. You might be able to pick each flea off by hand.

well i had a lot of kitties growing up and for that i would just add mor water to the flea soap. like 1:3 parts water. so it won't be as strong. you may have to was it 2ice a week until they are gone. but if all else fails then take it to the vet.

wash the kitten with dawn and leave it on the kitty for 5 minutes.
then wash it out with warm water.
do this everyday for 1 week and when the kitty turns 8 weeks old put the collier and power on the kitty or to the vet then.
