she seems to be doing fine, but what do i do without having her go to the vet?

DO NOT try to treat this at home. Many OVC topical creams(like neosporin) have ingredients toxic to guinea pigs. Stay away from them!
She needs to get to a vet and get appropriate antibiotics or she will most likely die from infection. Print of this page when you go. It has a list of dangerous medications for guinea pigs. http://guinealynx.info/dangerous_medications.html

I have guinea pigs and I can't believe that you would not have taken it to a vet when you noticed a cyst. Your pig could die from infection. Take it to vet now if you care about it at all. I love mine and they would have been there when I noticed the place

Mine did the same thing. And we took her to the vet. I'm sorry to say this but your guinea pig will probably die unless you take her to the vet. Ours was treated easily with an antibiotic. Just PLEASE GO TO THE VET!

find her a home who is willing to take her to the vets as that is what needs to be done. why wait until it pops should have gone to the vets awhile ago.

poor Guinea! Well I'm not sure if their is much to do at this pt,other then keeping a close watch on the area and keep it cleaned and make sure you apply some anti-biotic to the area ....
If it looks bad or gets worse then you should by all means contact you local Vet.
