1lb Rotini pasta cooked and rinsed with cold water
1 can black olives
1 tomato chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 English cucumber sliced in half moons
1 yellow bell pepper chopped
1/2 red onion diced

This is a recipe from my work days. I used to take this when we had pot luck. You pre - cook noodles, set aside or just rinse and put in a large bowl. Then you are going to add - sliced black olives- sliced tomatoes - sliced cucumbers and a spice called Salad Supreme seasoning made by McCormick.Sprinkle generously, add your Italian dressing and mix well. I make mine the night before and all the flavors mix and it is absolutely the best. I serve with garlic bread or crackers. Hope you try it. Good Luck and Happy Eating. God Bless. P.S. I use the spiral noodles.

grape tomatoes and or cucumber chunks are really good with the noodles and Italian dressing. Water chestnuts would probably be good also.

Just add a can of diced tomatoes and heat it up a little. Or for spicy noodles, add a can of Ro-Tel!!! M-m-m-m!
