Theoritically, yeah.
Speaking of which, I read an article in the latest Maxim about a group of people stalking and hunting each other...with water guns. I think it's something you should look into if you're into this sort of thing.

He was of course referring to legitimate military action against other armed humans who have the intent to kill you and that which you believe.
Hunting humans in war is not wrong, it is the duty of the armed forces.
But I fear you are simply being antagonistic or Eco-terroristic, so in your context hunting people is indeed wrong, Illegal, and immoral, you have no right to decide who lives and who dies that is the role of God, and in limited circumstances the role of a just and balanced government.

I do not want my final judgemet day to be decided on being a sneak or deceptive person.
I need to live with myself first and not to do the wrong thing with anyone.

no. why cant people hunt people?i mean we sure do hunt animals.and there is already soooooo many people in the world and over half of them are bad. so why not? go ahead just dont kill the famouse people cause then you are really screwed.have fun!

Not really, if you are a policeman or bountyhunter. other than those two when you hunt people one or the other of these two will hunt you
