Sorbet is low in fat, but high in sugar. If you do not burn off the sugar that you consume within the sorbet it will be converted to fat.

I like both sorbet and (vegan) ice cream. Which I like better just depends on my mood, I guess. Sorbet is awesome though. The best I've ever had was pink grapefruit flavored. Delicious. :) Blackberry is yummy too, but I'd rather just munch on fresh blackberries. They're one of my favorite fruits.
