Usually, if the egg has pink or red in it, it is a fertilized egg.
If the white has 'texture', it is an old fertilized egg.
Do NOT eat it.

I would say not only did you get a fertilised agg but one that was partially incubated ,to my reasoning the egg was free range & got left out in the pen long enough for a broody hen to (sit) incubate it for a couple of days. Needs to be discarded & do investifate how this could have happened ,such an egg should not be sold commercially ,can only happen if the egg is from a farmers market & this would also be a mistake on the farmers part.

We call that a blood egg. a little too advandced for most people. I run into them at work maybe one in 500 eggs, something like that. eggs like people aren't always perfect.
