I try to do a list of things...like I've got Tacos and Spaghetti. Things that really require no directions. What are some other things that are simple?

Baked chicken breasts are really simple. Stick in a pan, sprinkle with cracked pepper, and bake at 400* until 180*

You can try using a crock pot. They sell frozen meals at about 4 bucks a piece that feed the whole family Or you can try making your own. Just put it in before you leave for work in the morning, and its ready when you come home. There is also blt's, buffalo chicken salad (add buffalo chicken & lettuce. Its oh so simple), meatloaf, rice, and mac n' cheese. You could try making a casserole. I make a chicken casserole that takes 5 min to put together and 30 min to bake.
Get a casserole dish, add your favorite frozen bag of veggies on the bottom, then the chicken , add a can or two of cream of chicken soup on the top, and a little water so the veggies steam on the bottom(salt and pepper to taste), bake for 30 min at around 350 degrees.
I also make ravioli or tortolini. I buy a bag of them pre packaged at costco and add alfredo or marinara sauce. Takes about 10 min to boil pasta.

Hope it helps.

Stir-fry is a simple thing to make. Just chop (dice) a couple of frozen chicken breasts. Cook chicken with some soy sauce (or teriyaki sauce) in a non stick skillet till done. You CAN add a LITTLE oil if you like. Throw in your choices of some green pepper, drained Oriental veggies (comes in a can), mushrooms, green onions chopped, water chestnuts, celery, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, etc... Really anything you like in your stir-fry. Heat till all the veggies are as tender as you like them. Serve over a bed of rice. You can get a Minute Rice Cooking bag, so that is also easy!

roasts are surprisingly easy to make. Just put the roast, potatoes, other veggies you like like carrots or onions and a packet of seasoning mix and water into a crock pot. Turn it on before you go to work and it is done when you get home. It is awesome coming home to the smell of a pot roast that is ready to eat.
