I have won a promo but before my prize is released to me they said I would have to Pay taxes on the money I won because I don't live in that countryand they don't take it out of the prise money Is this true?

Delete that email, nothing more than a scam.

No, it is not true.
This kind of scam tries to get you to send them money (tax), and then they don't send you anything.

If you were to win a real lotto, the government sponsoring it would definitely take the tax out of the proceeds. Think about it -- why would a government NOT withhold their share of your winnings?

You did not win. It is a scam.

You pay the money and that is the last that you will here from them.
