It cannot be done legally. And if you do it illegally you can be prosecuted, fined and sent to prison. Think about it. Is it really worth going to prison. Live with your past and correct the mistakes ... you will be much happier down the road.

You can only legally obtain one social security number. Only small changes (i.e. name change) can be made on that number/card.
If someone is offering you a "new" SSN, chances are it is a scam. Be very, very cautious as it could be a way to get money (or worse) out of you.
