If the online sites don't work, try your credit union or bank. If they won't lend you money (and they may not), you may have to find a finance company, like Beneficial. They will provide a secured loan, but often at a higher rate. With a secured loan, you use your property to cover the amount of the loan in case you default. Like your tv, computer, etc. Or they might give you a loan with a co-signer. Again, the interest rate is higher, but if that's all you can do, you can try it. I had a loan from them many years ago when I moved and had no money.

try prosper or lendingtree.com

Quick bad credit loans lend you money very quickly if you need cash for any emergencies. But the primary aim of these loans to give you easy access to funds to clear your dues quickly so that you do not face any penalties like late charges and negative credit remarks that can affect your credit score.

Do not be careless in paying off your outstanding dues. If you do not have the cash, apply for a quick bad credit loan to pay your dues.
