bag of tostitos
bacon bits or some precooked chicken
sliced olives
salsa
shredded cheese
sour cream

layer the tostitos with salsa, cheese, meat and olives. Microwave for 2 minutes, serve with sour cream on the side. Dinner is ready in 4 minutes.

If you're watching your cals you can use triscuit crackers instead of chips. It's still delish.

Good god! Do people really eat like this? Don't you love your family enough to make them a decent meal? Macaroni and cheese is not good food, it is so unhealthy.

Grill some chicken, make a starch like potatoes or rice and a green vegetable or a green salad.
