Can having a high blood pressure?

and having a rapid heart beat everyday due to panic disorder have a toll on your physical health in the near future. Even if you are only 15?

it is not naturally a high blood pressure it is due to the panic attacks. Also i am very fit.

im only 18 and the same is happening to me. You should start taking care of yourself.

Yes. Kids have had heart attacks as young as 10.

Start taking care of yourself now.
