My rat got bit on the eye by the mom rat and it's about 2 weeks old, or more. Point is it can walk eat and drink on it's own. It's left eye is popping out of it's socket almost and it has gup stuff all over it. Can anyone help me?

Rats are incredibly capable of covering their discomfort. You need to take your rat to the vet to get this taken care of. If the eye is as bad as it sounds, the rat is probably quite uncomfortable.

ok lets think about this.. if you got bit on the eye and it was popping out, would you go to the doctor?? OF COURSE!

Even though rats dont show it very much, they can really hurt. Get your rat to a vet pronto if you want a chance on saving its eye, even if they cant, rats can live a normal life with one eye! i once saw a boy rat with only one eye and his name was Willy :) *you know like one-eyed-willy*

I would definitely suggest bringing it to a vet, perhaps to make sure that it will not worsen and possibly to repair the eye. I can imagine it isn't visually appealing so bring it to a professional, don't risk its well being.

He's need to go to the vet as soon as possible!! Your baby rat's eye is at risk of infection, which chould evenually kill him if not treated.
